Expect interview process nothing. Job security - minimal Work culture - like a primary school Management - very poor Company policies - only in the documents

Training process was very ill. The person who was giving training was not even fully aware of the tasks what we are going to perform. Seniors are given priority and all the benefits irrespective of behaviour and work. Work environment is like a primary school,if you make a grammatical mistake you can expect and major escalation. No support from TL or Managers, Blame game is very common also don't show your extra skills you won't get any credit rather you'll be given extra tasks. Lunch time is very short just 30 minutes No fun or anything to cheers up the environment unless the TL says. Work Details

People only expect us to work work and work for complete 9 hours. Everytime manager says if work is not complete don't take breaks, they don't want to listen why it is not complete I had emergency at my family they approved my leave as
