I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. It depends on your reporting supervisor, otherwise I didn’t find anything good about this organisation. Yes, both side cab facility goes with the pros.

Dislikes

Poor and incompetent management. Knowledge sharing is not there, instead people are humiliated by seniors. Job is not secure at all, you can be targeted for any reason. Favouritism plays important role, seasoned people want their referrals in the processes.
