Amazing work life balance if you are at team manager role.

They mostly underhire, if they overhire, they don't promote early. The rehiring policy is bad, one can only get a level above than his previous role even if they come back after 3-4 years

They do not provide any leave when you already have in your bucket either you have any emergency or any urgent work they really don't care about it you just have to come office.No chance of promotion or increament in fact they cut a lot from your CTC.. Totally not supportive in anyway

Dirty washrooms,Close to zero appraisal,No IJP's and growth is only on the basis of recommendation from AM and Manager,No collaboration between Quality and operations,Conjusted working space,Poor airconditiong resulting in suffocation and unhygienic food offered that to provided by third party vendor.

The best thing about EXL is that you will be heard. Specially senior management is very supportive and understanding. Company provides with enough opportunities to grow in career and fair chances are given to almost everyone.

Dislikes

Salary brackets can be better as compared to market standards. Appraisals can be improved for better employee retention and satisfaction.

1. No structure in work - everything is ad-hoc, urgent and important. No planning 2. Too much office Politics - more competition, less collaboration 3. Micromanagement by EXL Managers - some managers make you sit on a call entire day as they want to see you work 4. Toxic work culture - people hide information from others, talk behind etc., 5. Some leaders in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11. To be honest nothing. Terrible and poorest of the poor management. No appraisal and no benefits for working overtime. By overtime I don't mean 3 hours or 4 hours I mean 6-7 hours. I get compensatory offs which I am not allowed to take due to dependencies. HRs here are just useless and just want to maximize profits at the expense of employees health. Working hours and quality of work is terrible here. No appraisals/promotions. Benefits are split between upper management and VPs. No benefits for people under Sr. Manager role.

Management doesn't care about agents, whole management working from home, they don't provide to agents. If don't get any reimbursement management never bothered, leaves and optional holidays can't apply, every time management says can't give
