Some leaders in certain spaces like Insurance, RMTI lack vision and operate like a Lala 6. No hikes, delayed bonuses, delayed promotions in 2024 7. Managers and some ex-EXL clients leave no chance to humiliate you in a call and use unprofessional tone 8. Poor office facilities and a substandard health insurance. 9. They almost never pay referral bonus to you for hired people saying that the profile already existed in their database 10. They hire people with proven tech and business skills and don’t have any plan to utilise them. 11.
