Good work environment and coworkers will always helpful. Everyone can get Canteen service in a minimum charge, which is not available in others industry nowadays. Anyone can learn about their job and will be expert someday if they have guts to achieve.

Dislikes

There are not so space in your job, management always ignore the problem of of workers. No one follow any safety rules there, basically there aren't any safety guidelines. There are not any difference between a graduate and a 10 th pass worker. Everyone is treated with their position. Don't have any future for trainee, only they canget their certificate. They get less stipend if anyone compare with other industries. A diploma holder here serves as a casual worker ,as well as management staff also. Here a ITI trainee get more stipend than Diploma trainee. They don't recruit their trainee....Read More

Work Details

Not so good, average. Here u have to always face competition with your own colleague. I am not here only for a experience certificate . I want to serve here, for a better future, but they don't give you a single chance.
