It's a great company to learn. Every day I learnt so many things. There is a system for everything. Seniors are very helpful. Overall it is one of the great company to boost someone's career.

Dislikes

Forget personal time. It's a hard-core job where sometimes you have to sit in office for whole night for billing and Target achievement even after you grilled yourself in market whole day. Someone who wants to learn and ready to handle the pressure can join. Overall it's a great company but sacrifices is there. I am repeating- it's not like other sales job here is much more than sales

Company Police is good but induvial performance is affected by existing Hit dealers (if any 1 hit dealer fails is promises employee benefits is totally affected) No tracking of escalation and don't no who will be right person for giving solution for the escalation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
