Compnay is good, it gives more chances to GETs and PGETs Engg. to grow faster. Salary hike is almost negligible max. 1 - 2% of CTC where as inflation rate is > 7%. So day by day you will become poorer. Politics is very hige in RnD. Top management looks how to reduce the man power. So job security is horrible.
