Job security is good. And maintaining work -life balance is easier. Good for people who are in the later half of their career.

Dislikes

Though initial offered salary is high, annual increments are very poor(max 10% of basic salary) even for excellent performers. Work assigned is not as per your capability. Hardly offers any chance for learning new things and skills. Industry experience is limited to this product field only. Will not help in other companies.

Very worst culture. Terimandous pressure, the Manager will ask every 30 mints billing billing. No time to manage family. No promotion and increments.
