I worked 1 year in Exeter Premedia services. During training, Mentor treated trainees with partiality. I have worked for more than 10- 12 hrs per day but not got any recognition from my Teal leader or from Manager. Even after 1 year my annual Increment was only around 500Rs. Very toxic environment.
