There is nothing to like about the company..They are making us work for more than two weeks at a stretch without holiday..as of today I have worked for 14 days straight without any leave. Worst company we have family n we are not able to spend time with family. Such a worst company ever. Lots of partiality shown by team leads.If there is a problem outside of the work area each other, processor and team lead, team leads scolded at work for that problem. Especially in kilpauk 8th floor. Some team leads have lots of head weight and they don't treat all processors as same as others.
