Dislikes

Management has zero regard for employee well-being. It’s all about pushing for more productivity, no matter the cost. The company has a revolving door of employees due to its harsh policies. Any semblance of meritocracy is a facade; expect to be overlooked for promotions. You won’t have time for hobbies or relaxation.

Dislikes

Employee feedback is ignored; no one listens. The toxicity is palpable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Higher-ups love to micromanage, which stifles creativity and initiative.
