The atmosphere is heavy with negativity; it’s hard to stay optimistic.

Dislikes

There's a toxic undercurrent that makes even the best employees want to leave. Frustrating experience. Growth has been nonexistent, and leadership is completely lacking. There’s a lack of transparency in decision-making. Employees are often left in the dark, leading to distrust and frustration.
