Very strict work routine. I could have stayed there for long time but due to family issues i had to move to different city. Result oriented organisation.

Dislikes

Online and offline schedules were bit hectic but thats how the whole world was working. Long working hours (more than 6hrs) as compared to my previous school.

Only thing I liked about this place is their infrastructure which is very good. Only thing the buiding is lacking is an auditorium.

Dislikes

There is no job security and you will never get to learn anything new there instead of learning something new you will forget what you already know. The admin staff is highly unprofessional, Teachers are underqualified and hired on the basis of their salary who so ever demands less salary is hired. Management is very very poor.

They provide transportation. There is no delay in salaries. The Chairperson is very humble and the Infrastructure is good.

It was the first job of my career and I learned absolutely nothing. There was no growth at all. No appreciation will be given even if you work hard. Poor management and staff as well. If I will have to talk about the admin staff in particular, some of them are so unprofessional and use abusive language which is really hard to deal with.
