Management is very poor, a person Rishabh behaviour is very bad he don't know how behave with female staff. And replied every teacher you can resign if some raise any concern. No policy related to appraisal.

Only thing I liked about this place is their infrastructure which is very good. Only thing the buiding is lacking is an auditorium.

Dislikes

There is no job security and you will never get to learn anything new there instead of learning something new you will forget what you already know. The admin staff is highly unprofessional, Teachers are underqualified and hired on the basis of their salary who so ever demands less salary is hired. Management is very very poor.

They provide transportation. There is no delay in salaries. The Chairperson is very humble and the Infrastructure is good.

It was the first job of my career and I learned absolutely nothing. There was no growth at all. No appreciation will be given even if you work hard. Poor management and staff as well. If I will have to talk about the admin staff in particular, some of them are so unprofessional and use abusive language which is really hard to deal with. Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
