The work pressure is quite high, prevailing to climatic situations. Timings for working increases sometimes to 12 hours or so straight in a day. On-the job training for freshers is not that well, due to which freshers like me has to struggle a lot in the initial days.

Work Details

My day starts with checking the mails and messages for the seniors and clients. Then I have to go to the village for farmers meetings and field demos/days then go back to the dealers telling about the same and take indents, place the indents. etc.
