Let's not get into the details. Search in Linkedin for ex employees. They will passionately tell you how bad this company works. However i am giving you small pointers with leads. 1. Management: The PMs are often inexperienced than you, they become manager only because PMs will cost high. So they promoted 2 of them into PMs. 2 of them are software devs previously. But cant even program somethings which a 1 year Full stack/Backend devs cand do. SO this guys are now PM.Now think yourself. 2. Higher Management: He identify himself as self proclaimed IRON man/Elon Musk, He will lecture, gives you untimed projects, unmanageble deadlines, false customer demos, Rejected ideas. But still he is the CEO. Mr V is well proclaimed non tech CEO who wants his employees to invent Solar eclipse by giving a glass. 3. Time: Hey, dont expect it is a 8 hour job. 10-12 minimum..Again MINIMUM. Saturday you might have to work. 4. Appraisal: I dont know if it is changed now.In my time, i was supposed to get after 6 months. Then MR V says company policy is changed, so it be will in april. Then in april i go to him, He says after december. In december i went, he said definately looking into it. Go to march, i left..Dont trust this guy. 5. Leave policy -Under market. 6. HR is sister of CEO. so you understand everything. 7. Family run company, where 80% employees left withing 3 months.Check there ex employees in linkdin. 8. Once CEO said he will buyout 24/7 like company and more. Laughable isn't it? 9. YOU MIGHT SAW some positive reviews in here, or glassdoor. So are they wrong?NO. What if i told you that those are reviews by 2 people who works nothing in the company. And being instructed by the CEO, to give positive reviews every quarter. IT IS the truth.. 10. A long 10 mins i have given for this review.Felt already exhausted. SO candidates, kindly review the company before join it. You dont want to spoil your career just for EXPERIENCE.
