There is always a great learning if you are on project. Colleagues are supportive. Your work is visible directly till CEO. There is a flat hierarchy and hence it's easy to get recognised.

Dislikes

People are swapped in and out of projects (especially SAP and EXA projects). It's difficult to work with team which keeps changing. Salary hike schedule is not upto mark. Hike comes very late, ofcourse with arrears but it has to be regularised. There should be a proper upskilling mechanism else juniors get frustrated without finding help. You should have a lot of patience if you need some salary correction or onsite, etc....Read More

A lot to learn especially about hana and new abap tools like bobf and fpm

Toxic Work culture. The ABAP lead is very rude and shouts on the floor as if in school. Most of the employees leave the company because of that particular person. HR is of minimal help. Many complaints have been placed regarding toxic and abusive work culture but no action taken instead now they ask for bond in offer letter for 6 mon ths so that new employees cannot leave.
