Here i am working from last few month ... But the best thing I enjoy is prayer time which gives a postive energy and motivation for full day work. Sincerity about your work is first priority of the company . All the manager are very co-operative.

It's company working good but their staff got changed very frequently..hence any work which is carrying forward have no linc with past..some old people taking advantage of their faith, basic infrastructure management poor, Good people being targeted.

Salary is dot on time. External Cliental engagement programs are commendable. Overall the Best in Class Organization to be part of.

My team is very Cooperative & very supportive, Richi Madam & Soumya sir always encourages my work and provides motivations. Both the management as well as Hr Team is very cooperative. Firstly they don't elaborate job profile in interview, after joined the company i got to know that my work profile is completely different than the profile they offered. Being a manager you have to wait for MD approval like a dog. MD is looking all activity through CCTV. No work life balance, everytime one excuse MD sir wants this task means you have to do. Very bad in payment for other vendors. I left job only for this negative vibe. HR team is playing a very bad role to hire the candidate with wrong information to fulfill their target. Nasty company. The owner is a fraud and hardcore narcissist. Vents out his frustration on innocent people and threatens even the employees using his power and connections saying to put people behind bars. Has been arrested before and dozen so cases pending. The company deals with black money. Don't ruin your career as here hardly 3 4 months employees survive and thrown like dog.
