Good team members, Not much pressure from overseas team, but internal management pushes to reduce time and leading to decrease in quality.

Dislikes

Management is worse, especially Umar and Nagaraj, please do not join their teams. You'll be working 15 hrs a day nd they will still give you no consideration for appraisal.

Infrastructure is good. Nice ambiance. Work from home facilities is there. Team members are very friendly. The promotions will be there. Good for the one who needs to train himself in the political environment.

Teammates: Teams mates are good. Very friendly. Training: There is no proper training. You'll feel the burden from the first day onwards because of no proper training. Job Security: No job security because of managers' behavior. They literally saying that the first contract employee will be fired then our employee. You'll feel the pain from the first week onwards. Career Growth: I don't see any career growth. If you're doing managers' work then you'll have good career growth. Politics: Managers are worst doing politics. They will trigger fights between team members and they are enjoying (all managers one or two except). Managers do not have the proper experience. They are treating team members like competitors. All managers are having a bossisum attitude. They won't allow you to ask a simple question. If you asked then the manager will corner you. This company is good for managers only. They are taking zero responsivity and zero headaches. Everything is pushed to the bottom people without any guidance. They are only doing follow up and always saying I'm busy preparing PPT. I don't understand the role of managers here. Follow-up work can do by anyone. You'll feel the pain because of frequently changing projects, lack of people manipulation experience because of managers. Meeting times are not calculated in billing. You have to work full hours other than the meeting hours. No work-life balance. You have to work 12 to 14 hrs in a day. Then also you cant complete the assigned task. Complicated work process. Company Physical Environment looks good. Other than that I can't able to say good things about.

US office and Indian office having different cultures and rules and regulations. No people are valued here, Who ever buttering up with their managers they will get good Hike. Managers responsibility is sharing the projects email to people who's belongs to him. Finally if project complete they openly take the recognition from US Team. There is no STD structure for organization's levels and no defined salaries. No value for Experience. No values for peoples voice and request, if people engaged with projects you have to complete it first even in death conditions. 99 percentage pressurized work. They will suck your till your last drop of blood. Lot of politics happening between peoples. And management use this and play with the people. I will not recommend to my friends and family and any known member's. But i definitely recommend for my enemies and Traitors...Read More

MANAGER... you can think every people working under the manager wont like them but here its totally different. He digs your personal things dont give u any person space. Comes and stands at the back like cctv camera.... Wort thing is he listen to the 3rd party people more than there own company people. Won't do any work and pushes it to people under him.. Blackmails you to do you job saying you would loose your job. Upper management and counterpart is good to work. But this guys will create unnecessary fight with them and make them angry too. Even those people are not happy with the so called manager. Even team outing this guy made it like a normal day with no enjoyment..
