Got Offer from TCS!

Hello, I got 32L CTC offer from TCS as an IAM associate consultant. Is it a good package considering I have 10.9 years of experience and in IAM 3.6 years? Rest of the experience is in dot net. Also, TCS is considering 10.2 experience only as some process on their side. Please share your thoughts on the offered package and the experience part. Thank you in advance.

There is micro management and biased towards few people in my team which made many people to leave the company and no body still bothers as it is working for the people who does worst stuff and top management is not bothered as it is working for them it seems. Good Luck!

Worst company of the world. Not the world but its the worst company in the whole universe.. Not sure how other employees are able to survive in such a cheap politics

Dislikes

There is micro management and biased towards few people in my team which made many people to leave the company and worst top management. Do not recommend to join this company as it has bad exit process. No resignation acceptance mail will be shared and no exit documents will be shared to the employees even after 60 days after exit from the company. Lot of politics. Quality assurance manager is very very bad guy from chennai. Lot of bias towards Tamil people. No shift allowances will be provided. They expect to deliver one week of work in one day.
