Terrible HR policies, especially & exclusively designed for India employees. Right from compensation grades to the leave policy, everything is designed frugal (considering bare minimum regulatory requirements alone). Talent acquisition department discriminates in salaries (even employees with equal designations have wide-wide-wide difference in compensations paid). Never compromise on negotiating hard with talent acquisition managers before accepting the offer. And, never make a mistake of believing that, they're from MNC and hence have ethics (the mindset is pretty much similar to local companies; indeed lower hierarchy HR staff have come from local companies only). Evonik pays, just be patient in negotiating (don't fall prey to their tactics that we've a candidate in backup, we've pay bracket for this grade, etc.). Good luck!...Read More
