Srini(CEO) is a good person as he taking care of employee by providing lunch and other benefits but few of them are providing miss communication to him. If you want to work in Vizag its a good company but incase client terminate the project they will also terminate you.

Dislikes

Job security is the first concern from any employee because Vizag is not a IT hub yet to get instant other opportunities. So HR's please be careful while motivation employees to relocate from different locations.

I've been with Evolutyz for 4+ years now, and I've enjoyed my time here. The culture is very supportive and collaborative, and there is so much scope to learn. I also appreciate the professional development opportunities Evolutyz offers, such as training courses and conferences.

Dislikes

The company can be a little bureaucratic and siloed sometimes. Overall, I love working with Evolutyz but there is room to improve. However, if you're looking for a company with strong company culture and opportunities for professional growth with lovely people to work with, Evolutyz is a great place to work.

office is not hygienic; workspace is not clear. sometimes rats are dying inside office and making the office unhygienic; Ac doesn't work properly need to complaint every time. bathrooms are not clean. Lifts are not properly maintained. (maintainers need to be improved)
