My experience at Evobi was disappointing due to the lack of respect for employees. The management did not value or appreciate the efforts of their team, creating a discouraging work environment. Basic facilities that should be standard in any workplace were missing, making it difficult for employees to work efficiently. Additionally, there were no real opportunities for career development or growth, leaving employees feeling stuck with no clear path forward. Pros: I have been working in Evobi automations as a unity 3d dev, The experience was quite enriching, I learned a lot, understood the whole pipeline by creating a product from start to end. The work culture is not quite set-up but, everyone knows and mingles with everyone, regardless of your department. There is no hierarchy, so you can directly approach anyone, if you have an issue.

Dislikes

Cons: You'll see and hear everyone complain about the work-life balance in the company, The timings are strict and the schedules are tight, and they are continuously into innovations, so you might find yourself hopping from one project to another or from one department to another, some of the times which can be frustrating.
