Poor management, all support teams are careless, not working with correct line to support to operations teams. Unprofessionalism on floor from Top Management persons like GM Level person is shouting on floor without care. General Manager do not know the process from ground level but trieng to resolve it with putting more and more pressure on operation teams, even though the team is already under stiff work pressure. No staffing on time by HR partners and you cannot ask for it with them. HRs are acting like they are Owners of the organisation. No support from Top management to Ground level, everyone is moving out fast. Employee out ratio is very high, you cannot rely on any team members. Women issues making process and floor worst. Most of the girls working in this organisation are Kamchor and management is not even trying to look into this issue due to fear of women policies. Floor environment is worst, anyone can die bye heart attack at anytime due to work load and pressure. I have worked almost 5 years there without increment and no promotion. If you put down your papers you will get hike otherwise nothing is going to happen

No Matter whatever your contribution is manager will say you are doing your job as they are old timers in the company who don' want rate people as per their contribution will rate as always meets expectation and default hike of 1% will be given and there is no focus on employee recognition and retention for their skills, contribution or expertise they treat people like use and throw hire when there is demand get the work done and throw them out of the company simply avoid this company if you want a respectful job. There are lot of old timers settled in management role like there will be 10 old timers in management to do the work of one or two people in my project for 4 developers there are 6 managers and they will schedule calls for 2 hours for simple simple things and growth at higher levels is simply impossible as the management is filled with inefficient settled old timers...Read More

Overall company was good when it was individual Syntel. Syntel used to provide good yearly hikes, promotions, onsite opportunities and many perks like Award winning amounts and yearly gifts along with quarterly team parties
