Nothing, except few people from CS team. Strict working hours, No salary on time. Sales VP dominating nature always keeps binocular to see who is doing what.

I joined this company 2 years back in Sales with high hopes for growth and opportunities, but my experience turned out to be disappointing. Issues like delayed salaries, broken commitments, lack of variable pay, and deceptive handling of incentives created a challenging environment. Despite achieving targets, the promised incentiveswere consistently absorbed by the company. Recently, I was promoted to BDR and relocated to the Middle East office, only to discover discrepancies in incentives and a breach of commitment related to visas. The termination of my contract with short notice left me with no choice but to resign. Unfortunately, the Sales VP's dominating and micro-managing approach, coupled with unrealistic targets and a lack of sales pipeline, impacted the morale of the team. Despite closing significant deals, like the one with Royal Al Madinah, I found the Sales VP's lack of satisfaction perplexing. The VP's failure to introspect and tendency to blame the team rather than reflecting on personal shortcomings hindered the team's growth. Several team members left due to this leadership style. After two years of saying "Sir Sir," I'm relieved that my tenure concluded before the shift to the new office. I strongly caution against joining this company, as it operates without structured reporting, lacks authority, and is primarily driven by the founder and Sales VP.
