Company's Owner is nice n pleasant guy

Dislikes

If you are Madrasi (south Indian) then this company is good for you. Other than Madrasi can't work. No team work,no job security. Timing hours more than 12 hrs. Even though you are working hard. You will be terminated within 4 months. Termination without notice period.

Hectic and boaring, you will be always in stress.if you are working here. Better to skip the company to interview.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
