If manager is good then no issue. Projects are good. Learnt lot and enjoyed coding being night eagle. No proper sleep or no sleep some time.

No work life balance. As its product it should be developed with all way testing. Still old .net technologies used now migrating slowly. This is the only company which give more importance for testing then development. But they can test only if it is developed. Both are equally important for product!. Little politics at some level
