Here is worker union. Management Is really very bad they only depends on worker union. Staff [Engineer, manager] not playing very important role in this company in my 13th years of experience I found company is going vary bad politics and last 2 years. Company workmen easy to abuse you. Management never support you. Because of Management politics together with union is pathetic. Cultural is also very bad. Everybody just spend last day of their duties. Attrition rate is up to 70 % in this company. Most of the staff don't join after 1st day of joining....Read More
