Good exposure, interesting supply side projects

Dislikes

Leadership with little vision, no visibility, biased managers, a culture where higher ups reap all the fruits of the efforts and hard work put in by employees. People working do not seem have sufficient industry knowledge and leadership is not hands-on.

Work culture is great. Good client exposure. It is comfortable.

Dislikes

It is a research firm, and not attractive in terms of switching / exit opportunities. Learning is minimal as well.

The work life balance is good. Nobody forces office times or project timelines on you aggressively as long as you get the work done. The compensation is better than the peers in the research area

Dislikes

The skill development is a joke. They hire people from the best institutes only for them to work on trivial excel and powerpoint reports without any significant learning. Stay here 2 years and you might not find a job elsewhere.
