For the first 2 to 3 months you are treated with love. Then They show you your worth. There is excessive physical and mental suffering. They ask to come on time in the morning but there is no fixed time to go, they leave at 9 to 10 at night and make you work even when you reached at home. It is said that Sunday is a holiday but evenon that day they ask you to work from home. Fear of being fired. After leaving the job FNF does not respond to any extent regarding payment. No response. If you don't want to waste your self respect and time then don't join this company....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
