Very worst management.My experience in Chennai.Lots of pressure unethical,not at a company, they treat managers as slave,after 3 months they start to threaten....like will give p o p,make you resign..no job security... myself suffered ...now got placed in a good job... please don't join seeing their salary....waste

Sales person was good explained, Receptionist are good explained, Trainer also very good explained, Deposit recipient are good behaviour, Car issuer are very rude language, Once driver paid deposit after start Everest fleet company employees rudness behaviour,

Dislikes

DM are only follow up for weekly balance, Everest fleet cars are very noisy, Suspension issue,body noise, Tyre issues, Steering are dirty and dented, Car body having very dents,and dashes, Customer literally complaint to driver about car issues, Employees are not supported for driver, Want to be improvement this comments,

Gave PIP without any reason. Gave thread to throw out from jobs. Force the employee to work in bad health issues. Didn't appreciate for hard work.
