This is a great place to learn, as employees are rewarded with multiple responsibilities to handle and job security seems to be quite high thereby encouraging cautious employees to remain loyal to the brand. Compensation benefits are decent enough once you climb up the ladder beyond a certain level. However at middle & lower levels pay structure is on the lower side. Major drawback is work culture, as colleagues are mostly inclined to malign someones ability and achievement thereby affecting the moral of the entire team because of their cynical traits & biasness towards certain personnels tend to ruin the bonding within the team. Employees are compelled to work / stay late inspite of completion of task just for the sake supervisor insists them to do so thereby adversely affecting work life balance. Career growth is mostly hindered as certain section of employees' efforts and contribution are completely ignored by the management due to influence of severe discrimination amoung employees. Training programs and educating new recruits about company policies also requires improvement on the part of corporate HR.
