The company shares a decent work culture. There are no unrealistic targets or deadlines you have to meet. Pretty good work life balance as well. Have worked in the plant based on Kolkata. The team there is a nice one to work with and bond with.

Major drawback is work culture, as colleagues are mostly inclined to malign someones ability and achievement thereby affecting the moral of the entire team because of their cynical traits & biasness towards certain personnels tend to ruin the bonding within the team. Employees are compelled to work / stay late inspite of completion of task just for the sake supervisor insists them to do so thereby adversely affecting work life balance.
