I have been working with Evelyn for a year now, and I have learned something new every single day. The colleagues here are very welcoming and helpful. The members of the team are very close and help each other out whenever needed. The team leaders are very cooperative. There is an efficient chain of communication between the SMEs and the seniors. The employees get an opportunity to work on a number of projects that improve their scope of knowledge and growth. Regular interactive sessions within the team helps the team members understand each other better and display enhanced productivity. With better understanding of each other, the team works without any conflicts. There is no bias among the colleagues and the seniors. There is a scope of learnings new things in the beginning, but after 2 weeks of joining they will create enormous pressure on you that the learning part will no longer attract you. They just squeeze every drop of potential left in you.

Dislikes

The behavior of the team leader is the worst part of working there. She used to verbally abuse the employees during the zoom meeting session in front of other team members. Work life balance is myth here, you have to work 7 days as the targets are insane.

No growth with this company. The Softwares used by this company is not known by any other company. They don't want Photoshop, Corel Draw. I recommend to please don't work with this organization.

The working hours are flexible, team leads are understanding and empathetic, the compensation is received timely, and the management is very supportive during times of hectic schedules and work overload.

Dislikes

The training team needs to be more proactive and train new authors and employers with diligence as during transference into new work setting, confusion and burden might take a toll on everyone working in the team.

worst experience ever faced, they say they will provide incentives and also increments, but nothing was made and also targets were hypothetical and terms and condition were so rough that it almost made impossible to achieve it there is no job security at all, the team lead of business was not at all qualified to run the team. In more than 1-year o of experience, this is not a place you work to look forward to your growth, they basically will exploit you, by sweet-talking. they even asked to purchase laptops with ss because f slow processing after work tracking software was introduced, but when asked that company must provide a laptop from its side, they backed off and ordered that you must arrange a laptop anyhow by a particular date or your job will be at risk, How a person earning 18 to 20k per month is supposed to get a 40k laptop with SSD. And at last, the management will never be yours <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> They told that they will send someone on PIP after immediate complaint but even after making several complaints again team leader no action was taken and slowly all employees were sent off from the company slowly who made complaints because of petty and minor mistakes</mark>....Read More
