Its is very flexible with timings and all the necessary details are shared to perform the work. The work is very easy if you have the knowledge and it also helps in revision of the individual while answering them.

Dislikes

I hardly dislike anything in the company or the people who work there but due to recent changes in the work system of the company have increased the workload but reduced the payment. However, this is understandable as everyone is still recovering from the aftermath of the pandemic. Hoping for future recoveries.

Amount of remuneration is quite less, which is a major drawback.

The job is interesting and enjoyable. It was a new experience for me to work in a corporate sector. I love to take new challenges. Althoug there was a lot of pressure in the early days, but later on I learn to balance the work timings, and personal life.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Great team! An open door concept is truely followed. Flexible hours and you have a say on your shift timings. Environment is overall positive.

Dislikes

Since its a small company still, nothing is online. Everything is done on paper. I had more visits to the post office in two months than I had in my entire life combined. Even the littlest monthly document have to be sent via speed post.
