The Senior Management gave me enough of a free hand to run projects on my own without much interference. Worked on some interesting projects

1. The compensation could be better. Many people leave not because of the culture, but because of the low compensation. The management makes every attempt to justify the low hikes by replacing exceptional performance-related hikes with feel-good emails. They need to understand that if they want to retain people, they need to pay them well. In this industry, PEOPLE ARE YOUR MOST IMPORTANT ASSETS 2. Learning opportunities are fairly limited. There is less focus on professional development by imparting useful/impactful training. There is no focus on developing domain expertise.
