Here i am talking about ITC department,Very very poor management, Strict hybrid policies for only those employees who don’t have good connections to manager and vice president.for some employee they break this rule and gave permanent work from home .Manager doesn’t follow the hybrid policies even pmo team members also don’t follow them those who send the mail to follow the hybrid policies …Only values for old employees even new employee work hard and gave full contribution on project . Never ever work in rapid research team here. Politics, favouritism will disturb your mental peace. Inspite of doing efforts still not getting appreciated because of biasness affects mental heath here. If you are good in terms with your manager then everything will ne good otherwise it will be a hell

Work life is well balanced. You typically work 9 hrs a day here. Your weekends are free

Full of politics. Rather than working one should focus on maintaining good relationship with the seniors to get promoted or good hike. U will not be awarded for your good work but will be blamed if any small things go wrong. If u do buttering and roam around seniors who have good contact then u may work less than required

Learning cources are good, policies are ok.

Dislikes

Managers are not good and higher management is not interactive with you so you can't raise your voice. They say "Your breaks are being noticed by the higher management" while my breaks count was mostly 2-3 including lunch break. Plus they have 3 months notice period and negotiation is totally dependent upon your manager.
