1. Very old technologies 2. Fake promises made to retain employees. 3. No consistency in one project. Managers are in a favour of only hand picked people. Only there are able to grow in programs. 4. Poor appraisal like 4% - 7% even though ur salary is very less than other folks in the same program. 5. Don't join this company by looking in colorful numbers in ur offer Letter. Don't lose ur future.

Technologies are old. Work is more. Leave is very less. Salary comes on time but no proper clarity. HRs handling fiance and PF don't answer properly. Work life balance is okay but sometimes bad.

Please do look for opportunities outside this organisation (Consider this as the last option) Here are the some of the pain/stress points of an employee working in this organisation: 1. No work life balance 2. High amount of work ( no consideration for female employees, they are also forced to work beyond their shift schedules) 3. Office politics and extreme high micro management ( The managers and the scrum masters are highly proficient in these tasks, your success won’t be rewarded here , do one mistake and they will judge your performance on this sole mistake . Another way of cutting appraisals) 4. Minimal Promotions and hikes (Here an employee with 20 years of experience works as a senior QA , Imagine someone expecting to get promoted to managerial position, they might have to wait for an eternity. Every year just before appraisals, their revenue plummets and they move into recession keeping employees into false commitments) P.S : I can write several points here, but i think it might give you a brief idea regarding the toxic work culture here. I like work modules and employees work life balance

Full of office politics, if we are close to higher level managers we will rewarded unless there no work or productivity shown . Even if we work hard no appreciation . We should listen to our bosses. Job security is low no up skilling, even after. CTC offfer letter given we get less salary every month. No shift Allowances. Only buttering employee can be long term employee

To attract employees they offer good package but there is no job security.

There is no job security at any point of time they fire employees with out prior notice and waste management. May be for freshers it suitable for experience employees who worked other corporates it is waste.
