High tech business in a very challenging and demanding market. Fast paced environment where you find yourself surrounded by very educated and specialized individuals. Excellent team, and looking forward company culture encouraging the individual growth.

Very high quality standard sometimes kind of impossible to keep up with.

Work Details

Challenging environment facing international client and having to interact with them often at night because on a different time zone. The business development part is the most exciting as you have to schedule meeting prepare presentations.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
