The dirty floor, Ac that never works between November to May, the ambient noise of random people shouting on the floor, the best of all is the salary date, I get salary at a time when I need it the most, the third week or end of 2nd week of every month with absolutely no further delay.

Dislikes

bad management ethics. no value for employee's health, well being, personal life, personal space. Management is at the pinnacle of indecency.

Work Details

"Every work is your work", is the concept the management follows. Including building security and maintenance. Only login time is important to management, they don't care upto what time your work and logout or even if you died working for them.
