Video Editing department head Subir Kumar Biswas is a stupid person. He wants to edit 60s editing. And he is also a toxic boss. There were more than 60 video editors which is now 6. People quit because of low salaries and low increments.

Good work environment. Desk mates are so supportive and cooperative. Head of the department, good mentor n motivated n inspiring person.

Dislikes

After resign a person have to serve 2 months of notice period.

Location of the office. The office is almost in the centre of the film City.

Dislikes

The organisation is like an army camp. Where what seniors said is right. They don't listen to the new ideas. They don't listen at all.

I would edit videos and also do anchoring.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
