Management doesn't address our issues. Appraisals are not fair and work pressure is at it's peaks you would feel as your in school and our TL's are the teacher's 🤣....and we need to stretch back on daily basis to complete our work like we work work for 12 hours per day and we won't get any family time

Some projects where employess working in shifts for shift allowance can only benefit here.

Fake feminism, regional politics directing employees to exit. No proper training during project transitions. Only Chatus get appraised and recognized. How much productivity, quality you maintain, you will be treated as a garbage. All incompetent, impolite and non-English speakers gets promoted. TLs, QAs treat employees like kindergarten kids learning alphabets, where most of the employees hold PGs and have better knowledge than TLs who find difficulty in conveying some info. Just because we are succumbed to some commitments, we have still continuing. Even the HR does not give proper response, they behave partially arrogant if we raise any concerns. Managers behave like we dont exist. For some projects, we are always held responsible to work on weekoffs and no comp off is given. This management made employees to do >110% productivity, >99.75% quality and >4.9/5 rating in scorecard. THE MOST STRINGENT METRICS DESIGNED EVER. Horrible. Never expect growth in salaries or positions. Only people who need money to support themselves or their livelihood can work for a short-time. Tenured employees get ignored and no appraisals. From 3 yrs, no hike, no promotions.
