Management doesn't address our issues. Appraisals are not fair and work pressure is at it's peaks you would feel as your in school and our TL's are the teacher's 🤣....and we need to stretch back on daily basis to complete our work like we work work for 12 hours per day and we won't get any family time

Flexible Timings. eTouch without collaboration of virtusa is far more better than with virtusa.Because of hike percentage is better before.I am in Google project so there are free food and cab facilities those are provided by Google itself not virtusa.

Stressful work during work from home it is terrible .Targets are high ,there is no one to listen to your problem eventhough they listen they don't do anything to resolve. After the collaboration with Virtues Hike percentages are too low untill you get a promotion.There is no appreciation from your leads but if you not perform well there will be tourcher.When you are in notice period no one even listen to you.Notice period is 2 months....Read More

There is nothing to like as experience was horrible. This job is only good for freshers who want experience for the bare minimum salary.

Dislikes

Everything to dislike. TLs and trainers treat employees like school children, humiliate employees publicly. Tls micromanage and also leave policy is very bad. Basically you work for 12 hrs everyday and also on weekends if mandatory for the bare minimum salary. No extra pay for OT. No appraisals or promotions except when you resign.
