The Institute is important to upgrade once skill and knowledage, the work environment is safe for all plus the institute open wide rooms for innovation and sustainable utilization of biological resource. the institute mostly works in collaboration with NGOs, national and international governments.

Sometimes there would be work load, then in that workers faced overstressed
