The people and especially the founder is a really patient person. That attitude seeps down to the managers and eventually the rest of the team.

After the initial 1 year of being a fresher in the industry, the work tends to get very monotonous. Learning opportunities become fewer and work load spikes up

The company has changed upside down in last one year & it's becoming worse day by day. The management is one man driven & if you mess up with this one man, your career at Ethinos is gone for a toss. The management is very delusional. They pretend to do many things for employees but they are not doing anything more than being selfish. They are planning to sell the company and they hardly bother about employees. Zero transparency.

Roles, responsibility and team structure are not defined. Half of the management are not skilled enough for their position Low manpower in most of the department
