Company is very limited to its very old mindset, and this hampers their growth. Engineering part is very poor whose effects are faced by every individual in the company. Company does not fires any employee, but create situation that the employee himself leaves. Incidents are too common. 4 people lost their lives in last 2 years in 3different incidents. No work life balance. Poor infrastructure. Plants and technology is too primitive. Employees are never preferred (limited professional growth) even if their output is above expectations. Initially, it was exciting. Later it turned out to be a nightmare.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
