In my 6 years of experience, Esterline gave me best opportunities to learn and work accordingly. The higher management is very good and considerate if you’re passionate about your work and talented enough to showcase the same.

Dislikes

If I would have working over there till now, I would have definitely suggested them to improve their med core management like project lead or team lead. This organization have enough potential to stand out in market and industry with the young talent.

Toxic company policies, extremely irresponsible, unethical and unprofessional culture. Really cheap and inhumane mangement. Very stressful environment.

Managers are very abusive, No on site allowance is provided, one has to pay from own pocket- total loss.

Company is open to make you work 12hrs a day including weekends so if you are hardworking, you will have a good time. You also get mail for taking print.
