The only problem I faced while working was sudden transfer for one counter to another without any valid reason. There are frequent internal transfers which is a bit disturbing and unfair at times. Also, it’s better if you’re Working at a stand alone store rather than at Sephora. The work culture at Sephora can be a bit stressful bcoz of Sephora’s internal unfair rules like submitting phones to the security before shift and not allowed to sit for entire 9 hours shift....Read More

Teammates are highly motivated to give the best performance, if you want to make a career in make up Estee Lauder is IT which will take you places but besides talent you also need to know how to work on your personality. Job security is strong. Less seniority so hardly anybody leaves if you want promotion if will take forever. Appraisal is slow because your already hires with the best salary in the market. Initially they use to travel a lot for work now it's slow pace until and unless your working for the mother brand Estee Lauder. Learning is to the maximum if you open your head and positive work environment.
