I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Nothing is good about working in the Essilor India company.

Dislikes

The management is very terrible. The educated employees who are working in non-payroll from a longer time not considered to be on payroll. The manager abuses people with disability and to girls as well. They promote the people not on the basis of knowledge or performance but on the basis of personal relationships.
