Literally everything, the leave policies, toxic seniors toxic management, lowest salary imaginable no promotions, too much office politics, management is literally shetty family instead of professional management. Join only if you have nothing else otherwise don't. They also make you sign a mandatory bond at the lowest salary imaginable and they won't increase it in between no matter how much you perform. The sandwich live policies are the worst. Even in the worst Rains Of Mumbai they will make you come compulsory even if your job doesn't require you to come and you can do it work from home, I have seen people on the bench from over 1 to 2 years and they being paid a much higher salary since their seniors where is juniors who work much harder and bring in the cash, they will get treated like trash and paid the lowest salary. Did I say you have to work for 6 days a week and then rest for one day and do 6 days again...Read More
